Sweden: 4–7 working days
Norway/Finland/Denmark: 4–7 working days
Switzerland/Germany/France/Belgium/Netherlands/Italy/Spain: 4–6 working days

We always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery to rural addresses may take a little longer, and public holidays can also affect delivery times.

What format should the birth date be in?

When ordering your birth poster, you'll find a date calendar (date picker) where you can simply click and select your child's birth date.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Send your ideas or wishes to ramprints@proton.me, and we’ll see what we can do. We love helping you create something extra special.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

Customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs rules if you're unsure.

Who designs the posters?

All illustrations and designs at RAM Prints are created in-house with lots of love and care.

Is a frame included?

Yes, frames are included with your order.

What size are the posters?

• Birth Posters: 50x70 cm and 100x70 cm (for tripletes birth posters)
• Decorative Posters: 30x40 cm and 50x70 cm

What paper do you use?

We print on 200 g/m² premium matte paper for a high-quality, long-lasting finish.

Are the posters suitable for both boys and girls?

Yes! All our designs are unisex and made to fit beautifully in any child's room.

My order was damaged during delivery. What should I do?

Please contact us right away at ramprints@proton.me, and we'll make sure you receive a new one as soon as possible.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I fix it?

Get in touch with us as soon as you can! If we haven’t started production yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.

Can I return my poster?

Since each poster is custom-made just for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless your item arrives damaged.
