Guide: How to Fill in the Birth Information for the Poster

Please carefully provide the following information for the poster:

  1. Baby’s Name

    • Write the full name exactly as you want it to appear.
    • In case of twins or triplets, please write all the names in the same line, separated by commas or "&".
    • Example: David, Sara & John

  2. Date of Birth

    • Select the date
    • Example: 14 Januari 2025

  3. Time of Birth

    • Include the exact time, with AM or PM.
    • Example: 3:45 PM

  4. Length and Weight

    • Please choose one system (either Metric or Imperial) and fill accordingly:
      • Metric: cm (length) / kg (weight)
      • Imperial: inches (length) / pounds & ounces (weight)
    • Example (Metric): 50 cm, 3.2 kg
    • Example (Imperial): 19.7 inches, 7 lbs 1 oz

  5. Photo Upload (if applicable)

    • If you’ve chosen a photo poster, please upload the photo file you’d like us to use.
    • Make sure the photo is high-quality for the best print result.

✅ Make sure all details are clear and correct.
✅ Double-check spellings and numbers.

 

Please note:

  • Colors may appear slightly different in print compared to what you see on your screen, due to variations in display settings and printing processes.
